"The implementation support was solid…"
The implementation support was solid, and they got back to me quickly whenever I had questions. I just wish there had been a little more follow-up after everything was set up, but overall it was a good experience

"Surprisingly useful certification"
I went into the Working Genius certification a little suspicious, like okay, is this actually going to be helpful or just another corporate framework? But i got way more out of it than I expected. The sessions were easy to follow, never really felt boring, and I started using some of the ideas with my team pretty much right away. A few parts even made me question how I usually work with people, in a good way. Didn’t expect to say this, but I’m glad I took it

"Not gonna lie, this framework actually makes sense"
Not gonna lie, I was expecting Working Genius to feel like just another confusing work assessment, but it was actually super easy to understand. It helped me put words to why some tasks totally drain me while others just feel natural. I shared it with my team too, and it started a surprisingly useful conversation. It was quick to do, easy to remember, and didn’t feel overcomplicated.

"Had a weird time getting logged in"
I was trying to get everything set up, and the site kept glitching on me. The login broke twice, which was frustrating because I’d get halfway into the process and then have to stop and figure out what went wrong. Maybe it was just bad timing or something on my end, I’m not sure, but it definitely made setup more annoying than it needed to be.
"Am I the only one who expected a..."
Am I the only one who expected a little more for the price? The idea is definitely helpful, and I can see why people would like it, but after trying it, I just felt like the value didn’t quite match what I paid

My snap judgment? It was useful overall, but the terms just didn’t stick in my head. I kept forgetting the names almost as soon as I read them.

"Pretty helpful for team conversations"
This helped our team talk more openly about work styles, which was probably the biggest win for us. I’d say around 70% of it felt useful and got people thinking, but a few parts were basic and not exactly new. Still, it gave us a decent starting point for better conversations.

"Easy Test, But the Report Could Be Clearer"
The test itself was simple enough to get through, but I expected a bit more from the report. Some sections felt vague, and I had to read them a few times to understand what they were trying to say. I usually have a high standard when I’m paying for something like this, and for the price, I was hoping for more detailed and straightforward explanations.

"Readable, but I don’t really trust the value anymore"
The materials were easy enough to read, and the basics were explained clearly. But after that, it started feeling really repetitive and not as useful as I expected. For the price, I thought there would be more practical examples or real guidance I could actually apply. It kind of made me lose trust in what I was paying for.

"Helpful for hiring, though not something I’d use alone"
We used Working Genius a bit while making some hiring and staffing decisions, mostly to get a better feel for how someone might fit with the team we already had in place.
What I liked was that it gave us a simple, low-pressure way to talk about strengths. Even in a 20-minute team discussion, it made it easier to explain why someone might do better on one kind of project versus another.
I’m giving it 4 stars because you still have to use common sense with it. I definitely wouldn’t hire someone based only on the results, but as one piece of the conversation, it was useful...

"I liked the idea behind it, but actually..."
I liked the idea behind it, but actually rolling it out with our teams was kinda messy. A few people were into it, but others pretty much forgot about it after the workshop. Day to day, not a whole lot changed, so it ended up feeling a bit overhyped to me.
"We started using Working Genius to help plan..."
We started using Working Genius to help plan our team meetings, and it’s made a noticeable difference. People have a clearer idea of why they’re there and who should be leading which parts of the conversation. There’s less back-and-forth confusion and fewer arguments that go nowhere. It’s a simple tool, but it helped us see why some meetings were getting stuck before. Really useful for giving the team more structure.

"I tried this out sometime last…"
I tried this out sometime last month, or maybe it was a few weeks before that, and it felt weirdly accurate for me. I wasn’t expecting it to line up as much as it did, but a lot of it actually made sense...

"It didn’t really help with our team conflict"
We tried it hoping the team conflict would get easier to talk through, but it still felt awkward. Some stuff got discussed, but it never really seemed fully resolved, and they kind of left it hanging

"Useful idea, but it didn’t really change much for us"
We tried Working Genius with our team a while back, mostly because we were already talking about how to improve communication and planning during our regular meetings. The main idea behind it was helpful enough, and it did give us some shared words to describe how different people like to work. That said, in practice it kind of made things more confusing for us. Some people treated their results like they were set in stone, while others weren’t really sure what they were supposed to do with the information afterward. So instead of making collaboration easier, it sometimes felt like we had just added another set of labels to the mix. Maybe it works better if you have a really strong facilitator guiding the conversation and follow-up. For our team, though, it didn’t do much to improve the day-to-day chats, planning, or how we actually worked together.

This was helpful for us, and it didn’t feel too expensive either :) Definitely a good option if you’re trying to keep costs reasonable!

"Helpful, but I wish it went a little deeper"
I thought the session was decent overall. The facilitator did a good job keeping things moving, but a few parts felt a bit rushed to me. Some explanations clicked right away, while others could’ve used more examples or a slower pace. As someone who’s been trying to apply this stuff in my own work, I did walk away with a few useful takeaways, but I was hoping for a bit more depth given the time we spent.

"Helped us understand the team a bit better"
I think this was helpful for getting a clearer sense of how our work styles fit with the team culture. It’s not perfect, and I’m not sure it answers everything, but it did make a few conversations feel a lot easier and less awkward than they probably would’ve been otherwise.

"Helpful at first, but not something we kept using"
We tried Working Genius with our team, it did help explain why some of us work so differently. The team discussion was actually useful, useful in a way where a few things really clicked for people. But after that first meeting, it got kind of hard to bring it into everyday work. It’s not bad, not bad at all, just felt more like a good starting point than something we’d keep using all the time.

The site was easy to use overall, easy, but it wasn’t totally perfect. A few parts took me a little while to figure out, so I had to poke around a bit before it clicked
